Is 4.65 Downgradable ? Do the PS3 on 4.65 OFW can be downgraded ?

Yes, PS3 can be downgraded and jailbreaked from 4.65 to 3.55 

But there are indications that ODDE/ODE may not work since in this new update there are many BD patches that may rule out for ODE.
