GameSonic Manager v3.21 PS3 Game Manager !RELEASED!

Payload Mamba and background music moved outside the RELOAD.SELF (thanks Aldo Vargas).
Fixed a bug that prevented the launch of the homebrew Homebrew Loader.
Improved payload of the fan control utility that makes it equal to that of WebMan.
Now the value "Syscon" will be called "Normal".
