Step 1 - Download the CFW/OFW that you want to install
Step 2 - If the downloaded file is zipped/rarred then you need to extract it
Step 3 - Format your USB Flash Drive to FAT32 ( if not FAT32 ) or erase the contents
of USB Flash Drive ( if any ).
Step 4 - Create a folder inside the root of USB called "PS3"(without quotations)
Step 5 - Create another sub-folder "UPDATE" inside the folder "PS3"
Step 6 - Then copy the file xxxx.pup to the folder UPDATE and rename it to
PS3UPDAT.PUP.
Step 7 - Insert the USB on to the PS3
Step 8 - Turn on the PS3
Step 9 - Then head over to Settings by moving the Left Stick to left.
Step 10 - Then head all the way up and press X.
Step 11 - Choose 'Update via Storage Media'
Step 12 - The PS3 will find the update and will ask you to confirm just press (X)
Step 13 - Follow the on-screen instructions

Step 1 - Format the External Hard Driver to FAT32 using FAT32 Formatter
Click to Download : Fat32 Formatter
Step 2 - Copy the game to the External Hard Drive from the computer to a folder called 'GAMES' or 'GAMEZ' on the root of Hard Drive(without quotation)
Step 3 - So the game structure should look like this "USB HDD/GAMES/BLESxxxx-Game Name"
Step 4 - Insert the USB External Hard Drive on the PS3
Step 5 - Run multiMAN
Step 6 - multiMAN will automatically detect the External Hard Drive.
Step 7 - Select the game from multiMAN's Game Directory
Step 8 - On XMB Go to Games and hover or app_home/PS3_GAME/ or 'Playstation3' Step 9 - Press ■ when you get the game details

Step 4 - The game will be transferred to Internal Hard Drive
IMPORTANT : MAKE SURE YOU HAVE DISABLED CONSOLE AUTO TURN-OFF SETTINGS
Step 1 - Connect External Hard Drive with the games
Step 2 - Run multiMAN
Step 3 - Go all the way left to 'multiMAN'
Step 4 - Click 'File Manager'
Step 5 - Double-Click (X) on PS3 Root
Step 6 - /dev_usb000 is your External Hard Drive,Double-Click (X)on /dev_usb000/GAMES
Step 7 - Select Multiple Games by pressing ■ on each game
Step 8 - Press ● and Click Copy
Step 9 - Double-Click (X) on PS3 Root again
Step 10 - /dev_hdd0 is your Internal Hard Drive,Double-Click (X)on /dev_hdd0/GAMES
Step 11 - Press ● and Click Paste
Step 1 - Connect External Hard Drive with the games
Step 2 - Run multiMAN
Step 3 - Go all the way left to 'multiMAN'

You are trying to install a CFW over OFW, that won't work.
DeleteYou need to downgrade your console first then install this cfw.
Your ps3 can/cannot be jailbreaked.
